The flap which is preferably positioned adjacent an edge of the formed container acts as a pouring lip. Several constructions of the flap 21 are given.

    (54) PACKAGING CAPACITY
    one
    The invention relates to containers for liquid substances.
    A known packaging container, in the upper wall of which there are lines of weakened strength, which form a tear-off strip and a drain opening when the container is opened, and a layer of plastic material is attached on the inner side of this wall.
    The purpose of the invention is to improve the usability.
    This is achieved by the fact that the layer of plastic material is longer than the length of the tear-off strip and is positioned so that part of it protrudes over the edge of the packaging container, the protruding part is bent to form a drainage area, and the end of this part is attached to the side wall of the container.
    FIG. 1 shows the proposed packaging container in closed condition, general view; in fig. 2 - the container is opened; in fig. 3-5 depict embodiments of platforms for slnv; on fng. 6 shows the attachment of a layer of plastic material to the inner wall surface, section.
    The packaging container consists of the case 1, in the upper wall 2 of which there is a hermetic seam 3. In the wall 2 of the container there are lines 4 of weakened strength,
    5 ending with a notch 5. When the container is opened, a loose strip 6 is formed, which can be removed altogether. K. the inner side of the wall 2, in the zone of the tear strip 6, by means of a sealed
    10 of a compound 7, a layer 8 of plastic material is attached. The layer 8 of plastic material is also sealed to the tear-off strip 6 in regions 9 and 10 to form a hole 15 with a hole 11 with a hole 12.
    The layer of plastic material 8 has a length exceeding the length of the tear strip, n is located so that part of it protrudes beyond the edge of the packaging container and
    20 is bent along line 13 to form a drainage pad 14, and the end 15 of the protruding part is attached to the side wall of the container body 1. A layer of plastic material in the area of the overflow platform above 25 is cut along line 16.
    The container body 1 has triangular protrusions 17 bent down along its side wall. Because triangular protrusions 17 are bent downwards along the side wall of the body 1, the drainage platform 14 is bent downward along this side of the gyro, together with the protrusion 17.
    When removing the tear-off strip 6 along the notch 5 and lines 4 with weakened strength, since the layer 8 of plastic material is sealed to the tear-off strip in regions 9 and 10, the layer 8 tears off within the indicated regions with the formation of a slot 11 and an aperture 12, which is intended for the passage of air when pouring out the contents in order to compensate for the decrease in the occupied volume of the packaging container that occurs when the contents are caught.
    The discharge area 14, notched along lines 16, is released when the tearing strip 6 is removed due to its inherent elasticity and ipodnimayutsya to the plane of the upper wall 2 of the packaging container, forming a freely protruding edge along the line 13 of the bend, designed to drain the contents, and uniform and well-formed jet. so that the discharge area 14 rises to the plane of the upper wall, in which the drain hole 11 is located, since its purpose is to form a protruding edge along the bend line 13 through which the contents flow, and this edge prevents the contents from flowing down along the side wall of the packaging 1 capacity.
    Layer 8 in an open package has the form shown in FIG. 3. Overall width
    and the layer must be greater than the distance between the lines 4 of weakened strength, while the width b of the drain pad 14 must be smaller than the width of the tear strip 6.
    To increase the rebound ability and the resilience of the drainage platform 14, it can be constructed as shown in FIG. 4. Corner Plots
    The pads 14 can be cut so that the front part becomes narrower than the total width of the entire drain pad, as shown in FIG. five.
    The proposed packaging capacity is distinguished by reliability and convenience in use.
